Private Classes (Virtual or Distanced In-Person)

This offering is a private yoga session for an individual or small group. Prior to the lesson, we will establish goals and intentions for the practice. This session is for individuals and not businesses or corporate clients.

In addition to yoga, Rebecca is available to counsel and coach clients on plant-based nutrition, and holistic health practices.

Are you a business, brand, or non-profit looking to incorporate wellness options for your staff? This offering is for you. We can set up a weekly or monthly class offering, including yoga and/or meditation to suit your staff’s goals and needs. This offering can be ongoing or a single booking.
